Will my monthly price increase as my sales Increase?
NO! Some well known hosting companies entice first time customers with "low
start-up fees" and then increase your monthly costs based on your SALES VOLUME. In addition they charge you a percentage of
your sales and call it a "transaction fee". With SiteBuilder Now your monthly hosting fee is only changed when you decide
you want more disk storage, more features or more bandwidth! We do not believe our customers should be penalized for sales
success! We have set our prices to be fair and allow us to support you throughout your years of growth while still making
a reasonable margin for ourselves. Although we may have small price increases based on general costs throughout the years
these fees will never be based on any single user's volume, traffic or sales success.
Can I change the look and feel of my store?
YES! LiteCommerce Software comes with 4 Layout Options built-in
plus an image editor and CSS editor that allow you to control most aspects of your store's design without knowing any HTML
at all! You can even add your own pages! The template based structure allows you to edit text in emails and pages easily.
If you know a little HTML you can do even more! If you are not comfortable editing the look and feel of your LiteCommerce
store we offer as much or as little customization help as you need when you purchase our Consulting and Design Services.
Do your packages include credit card processing?
No. In order to accept and process credit cards you have to have a
Merchant Account and/or PayPal Premier or Business Account. If you already have a Merchant Account then you may already be
able to accept online payments if you have a Payment Gateway such as Authorize.net. We are VERY experienced in helping our
clients determine their needs in this area and will be happy to consult with you. If you are not quite ready for your own merchant account then we highly recommend starting with
the simple PayPal checkout solution. If you purchase one of our packages that includes this option we will help you get started
for no additional fee. If you already accept credit cards in your shop and have the ability to manually enter credit card
transactions we can guide you on how to safely accept payments on line and process them manually off line.
Do your packages include a Secure Server License Certificate?
No. We do sell SSL Certificates and offer them as an added option during
the checkout process because you MUST have one installed on your domain if you are going to accept personal data from
your site visitors. However, we know there are many choices for this service and we want our clients to feel free to choose.
